We will respond to clear notices of alleged copyright infringement that comply with the Digital Millennium Copyright Act ("DMCA"), 17 U.S.C. § 512.

Upon receipt of a valid counter-notification, we will forward a copy to the original complaining party. The removed material will be restored within 10-14 business days unless the copyright owner files a court action against you.
In accordance with 17 U.S.C. § 512(i), we will terminate the accounts of users who are repeat infringers. A user is considered a repeat infringer when three or more valid takedown notices have been filed against their account and we have determined, after review, that the notices are valid. Each determination is made on a case-by-case basis, considering the nature of the infringement, the user's response, and the availability of fair use defenses.
